Strawberry breakfast thins

These breakfast thins are super tasty and easy to make! They’re sure to give you a fruity start to your day.

All you need is

  • 270g oats and muesli
  • 60g chia seeds (optional)
  • 50g dried cranberries
  • Handful chopped strawberries
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 110g honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp other oil
  • 50g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp water

To make it just

  1. In a bowl combine the oats, museli, seeds, strawberries, cranberries, cinnamon and salt then set aside.
  2. In another bowl combine the honey, oils and chocolate then microwave stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add the water to the chocolate mix to loosen then mix into the oat bowl until everything is covered.
  4. Line a baking dish with baking paper and pour in the mixture. Cover with baking paper and using a plate or another dish push down on the mixture so it stick together more.
  5. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours then remove, chop up and tuck in. Store in the fridge.
