Sometimes you just want something bright to wake you up in the morning, this smoothie bowl does exactly that!

All you need is
- 2 bananas
- a handful of frozen exotic fruit
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp yogurt
To make it just
- In a blend blitz the exotic fruit and one banana with the yogurt until it creates a smoothie.
- Place in a bowl and top with sliced banana, seeds and oats.
- Tuck in and enjoy! Alternatively make the night before and place all ingredients in a jar to tuck into the next morning.
