Chickpeas aren’t just for hummus! They’re also great as a snack.

All you need is
- 1 tin of chickpeas
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
To make it just
- Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4.
- Drain the chickpeas – if using tinned – then place on kitchen paper and pat dry.
- In a bowl coat the chickpeas in the seasoning, then place in a shallow ovenproof dish and bake for 40-50 minutes.
- Once baked and crisp, take them out of the oven and pat dry to take the remaining oil off, then leave to cool and place in Tupperware to store for up to one week in a cool dry place.
