Peanut butter breakfast bars

I love peanut butter and it works so well in breakfast bars, they can easily be added to a basic mix to create a tasty breakfast treat. This is a tasty breakfast alternative but you could always make a large batch and enjoy them over time.

All you need is

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp muesli
  • 1 tsp chai seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp water

To make it just

  1. In a pan place a tbsp peanut butter on a high heat and cook until soft then add the sugar and mix well. Next add the seeds mixing well again.
  2. Add the water to the pan, it’ll cause a lot of steam but once that’s gone add the muesli and mix well so all ingredients are stuck together.
  3. Once out of the pan mould into a bar shape and enjoy warm or place on the mould and leave in the fridge to enjoy later.
