Have you gone Crazy over Cacao yet?

As you’ve probably seen from my social media lately, I’ve gone a bit granola crazy since discovering the incredible company that is Breakfast by Bella (otherwise known as BBB).

BBB have three brilliant flavours, Peanut Butter Me Up (read my review of this flavour here), Nutty Nosh and Cacao Crazy.

When it came to tasting Cacao Crazy I was slightly dubious, I tried cacao nibs a few months and wasn’t a big fan, I found the chocolate was too dark for my taste. However, I put the past behind me and tried this flavour with an open mind.

And I was so glad I did. The darkness of the chocolate worked well with the strawberries I added and the yogurt helped soften the whole thing up. With thanks to the other flavourings in the granola the cacao wasn’t overly powerful and complimented the overall taste.

My first taste of this granola was in a jar – how else do you eat granola from The Breakfast jar Company? I filled my jar with yogurt, strawberries, mixed berries and the granola. This was a super filling start to the day and I only used 20g of the granola.

My next taste of this cacao granola was in a breakfast bar. I am a huge fan of breakfast bars, they’re so tasty and easy to make. While they maybe expensive to buy in stores, making them yourself is fun and cheaper.

My Cacao Crazy granola bars only cost 75p each and contain 5 ingredients which you probably have in your kitchen. If not, skip the seeds and just mix the granola with honey to create the bars.

This granola flavour is 98.66% organic, containing organic gluten free oats, organic agave syrup, organic rapeseed oil, organic cacao nibs (8.8%), organic cacao butter, organic coconut sugar, organic cacao powder (1.4%) and vanilla powder.

Try it for yourself, buy your pack online now for just £4.95.

I was gifted the food for this review.
